   25 x 40 cms.  Ceramic tile inside bathrooms, shower area
   Marble counter in bathrooms
    
   ROOF.-

   Acrylic waterproof 3 years guarantee 
   Some roof will be with clay tile

   EXTERIOR VIEWS.-

   The exteriors views will be 1 inch stucco smooth finish
   Acrylic paint to finish exterior walls Mapla Excelaris
    

   ALUMINUM.-

   3 and 2 inches aluminum, Champagne or Bronze color with 6mm glass.

   Solid Mahogany or Poplar (Alamo) main door
   Mahogany or Poplar (Alamo) play wood to build room doors
